Some of the world's finest beef, lamb and game are naturally-reared and matured on the hills and pastures around Ayrshire. Shellfish and fish come from the clear waters around the Moray Firth and Hebridean ports, salmon and sea trout from local and Highland lochs and rivers. All are cooked with great flair, passion and imagination.
